Description
Being part of the CCAvenue Risk Team involves review of all transactions processed through our Sub-Merchants. Transactions are checked the following day and the Risk Executive makes a decision to approve or flag the transaction based on assessment of the Risk Factors.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for Risk, Technology and the Internet. They should possess exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. The candidate will be evaluated on the basis of understanding Risk, processes involved and the ability to make an effective decision on time.

Responsibilities

Minimize the Risk of Fraud from misuse of various payment modes. The transactions are manually scrutinized and verified by the Risk Executive and a decision is made to approve or flag the transaction based on the various Risk parameters. As a analyst you will have to take a judgment to either accept or reject the transaction based on his or her assessment of the risk. Incase the information provided is incomplete/incorrect; the customer is contacted for verification before a decision to flag the transaction is made. |

Review of Sub-Merchant previous sales pattern and Investigation of the merchant's credentials. |

Co-ordination with Sub-Merchants/Customers/Banks to liaise in Fraud/Dispute/Chargeback cases. Timely action is required to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and as a result no financial loss to Avenues or its sub-merchant. |

Maintaining the Team database of Fraud Transactions/Customers details. Regular updates are to be made to ensure potential fraudulent transactions are identified in time. |
